Commission Structure – Accommodation Providers (Hosts)

This Commission Structure forms part of the Service Provider Agreement and applies to Accommodation Providers listing properties on the JaJong Platform.
1. Commission Rate
JaJong charges a 15% commission calculated from the total booking amount (excluding applicable accommodation tax).
The commission is fully charged to the Accommodation Provider. JaJong does not operate a split-fee model.
2. VAT and Tax Treatment
JaJong does not withhold or remit VAT, income tax, or any other taxes on behalf of Accommodation Providers unless required by applicable law.
Accommodation Providers are solely responsible for:
- Filing and paying VAT (if applicable)
- Reporting income tax
- Complying with all applicable tax regulations
Where required by local regulations, JaJong may collect accommodation tax from Users and remit such tax to the relevant authority. Accommodation tax is not included in JaJong’s commission calculation.
3. Payment Processing and Payout Schedule
Payments are collected through the Platform and transferred to the Accommodation Provider in accordance with the payout schedule below.
- Short-Term Stays (Less than 28 Nights)
For short-term private residences (including houses and non-hotel accommodations), payout will be released within 24 hours after guest check-in.
For hotel-type accommodations, payout will be released within 72 hours after guest check-out. - Long-Term Stays (28 Nights or More)
For hotel-type accommodations, payout will be released within 72 hours after guest check-out.
For reservations of 28 consecutive nights or more, payout will be processed on a rolling 30-day billing cycle beginning from the guest’s check-in date.
Each completed 30-day billing period will be processed within 24 hours after the end of such billing period.
If the reservation concludes before completion of the first 30-day billing period, or after a final partial billing period, the remaining balance will be processed within 72 hours after guest check-out.
Payouts may be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other payment methods as agreed between JaJong and the Accommodation Provider.

Payouts may be subject to applicable banking fees, transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion costs, or other transaction-related expenses imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
Such fees may be deducted from the payout amount or charged separately depending on the payment method used. The allocation of such fees may vary depending on the payout method, banking arrangements, or applicable payment infrastructure.
JaJong does not control the fees charged by financial institutions or payment processors and shall not be responsible for variations in such fees.
JaJong reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payouts where reasonably necessary in cases of cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, regulatory review, force majeure circumstances, or non-compliance with these Terms.
JaJong may revise payout timing or methods with prior notice.
4. Promotion Handling
JaJong may offer promotional campaigns, discount programs, or marketing incentives from time to time.
Promotions may be:
(a) funded by JaJong;
(b) funded voluntarily by the Accommodation Provider or Service Provider; or
(c) jointly funded as agreed in advance.
Where promotions are funded voluntarily by the Provider, JaJong will provide prior notice and obtain confirmation before applying such discounts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, promotional discounts funded by JaJong will not reduce the Provider’s base payout.
5. Early Stage Discount (If Applicable)
Selected Service Providers may be eligible for temporary commission reductions during promotional or early launch periods.
Such reductions:
- Must be agreed in writing
- Are time-limited
- Automatically revert to standard rates upon expiration
6. Special Negotiated Rate
JaJong may enter into custom commercial arrangements with selected Service Providers.
Any deviation from standard commission rates must be documented in writing and approved by JaJong.
Absent such agreement, the standard category commission applies.
