Commission Structure – Activity & Service Providers

This Commission Structure forms part of the Service Provider Agreement and applies to Activity Operators and Independent Service Providers listing services on the JaJong Platform.

1. Commission Rate by Category

JaJong charges the following commission rates:

• Activities and general services: 20%
• Transportation services (vehicle with driver): 10%

Commission is calculated based on the total confirmed booking amount.

JaJong does not operate a split-fee model.

2. VAT and Tax Treatment

JaJong does not withhold VAT, income tax, or other applicable taxes on behalf of Service Providers unless required by applicable law.

Each Service Provider is solely responsible for:

• Tax registration (if required)
• VAT filing and payment
• Income reporting and compliance

JaJong does not deduct VAT prior to payout.

3. Payment Processing and Payout Schedule

Payments are collected through the Platform and transferred to the Service Provider after completion of the booked activity or service.

Payout will be released within 24 hours following confirmed completion of the service.

Payouts may be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed payment methods.

Payouts may be subject to applicable banking fees, transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion costs, or other transaction-related expenses imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.

Such fees may be deducted from the payout amount or charged separately depending on the payment method used. The allocation of such fees may vary depending on the payout method, banking arrangements, or applicable payment infrastructure.

JaJong does not control the fees charged by financial institutions or payment processors and shall not be responsible for variations in such fees.

JaJong reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payouts in cases of cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, regulatory review, or force majeure circumstances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a Guest initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider, JaJong reserves the right to temporarily suspend or withhold payouts related to the affected booking until the dispute is resolved.

Service Providers may be required to provide supporting documentation, including proof of service delivery or check-in records.

JaJong may deduct the disputed amount, chargeback fees, or related administrative costs from future payouts where applicable.

JaJong may revise payout timing or methods with prior notice.

4. Promotion Handling

JaJong may offer promotional campaigns, discount programs, or marketing incentives from time to time.

Promotions may be:

(a) funded by JaJong; (b) funded voluntarily by the Accommodation Provider or Service Provider; or (c) jointly funded as agreed in advance.

Where promotions are funded voluntarily by the Provider, JaJong will provide prior notice and obtain confirmation before applying such discounts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, promotional discounts funded by JaJong will not reduce the Provider’s base payout.

5. Early Stage Discount (If Applicable)

Selected Service Providers may be eligible for temporary commission reductions during promotional or early launch periods.

Such reductions:

• Must be agreed in writing
• Are time-limited
• Automatically revert to standard rates upon expiration

6. Special Negotiated Rate

JaJong may enter into custom commercial arrangements with selected Service Providers.

Any deviation from standard commission rates must be documented in writing and approved by JaJong.

Absent such agreement, the standard category commission applies.
